These edible cake image sheets are very easy to use. Instructions will be provided with your order. Edible sheet will be shipped within one to two business days from purchase for those items not personalized. Personalized items will be sent one to two business days from your approval, please allow for extra time to create these items. Our edible picture cake toppers are 100% edible. They are printed onto an Allergy-Free, Gluten-Free and Vegetarian Edible Icing Sheet with high-quality Edible Ink.

Your edible image will be printed using edible ink on an actual layer of icing. Our edible image sheets are the best quality icing sheets on the market. ABOUT EDIBLE IMAGES:  

Edible images are printed on high quality premium icing/frosting sheets (not rice paper) with high quality edible ink. Our edible image sheets are among the highest quality in the industry.  Our frosting sheets are FDA approved and Kosher Certified. Allergen, Gluten, Dairy, Nut, Soy FREE. They do not contain any allergen ingredients. However, we are not responsible for any food or health related injury related to the use/consumption of these sheets.  Icing sheets are made of sugar and taste great. 

Allergen Statement: This product is manufactured in a department that does not process any known allergenic ingredients and it is gluten, soy and nut free as well as free from any risk of cross contamination.

Ingredients: Modified starches, maltodextrin, glycerin, sugar, water, stabilizer, dextrose, emulsifiers, food color, vanilla flavor, preservatives, sucralose. 
Shelf life up to 18 to 24 months when stored properly.  Please note several options are precut. However, frosting sheets are easy to cut with scissors. 


PERSONALIZED MESSAGES: 

Images can be personalized with a message for “Happy Birthday (Single Name)” for NO EXTRA CHARGE.  Please indicate in your email to PRINTMYIMAGESPLEASE@GMAIL.COM. Any additional personalization is subject to an additional $5.00 set up charge. Please include exact wording and where you’d like it to appear during in your email to PRINTMYIMAGESPLEASE@GMAIL.COM. All personalized images will be formatted within 24 hour and sent to the email address provided during checkout. To ensure you are happy with your purchase, you order may be delayed until proof is approved by you.  Please make certain to check junk mail for email information.

SHIPPING:

PLEASE ALLOW A COUPLE OF EXTRA DAYS WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING METHOD. SHIPPING SERVICES ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS DUE TO THE PANDEMIC AND YOUR PACKAGE MAY TAKE A DAY OR TWO LONGER TO GET TO YOU. THIS DELAY IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE TO ORDERS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME FOR ANY EVENT. PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SHIPPING METHOD.

Edible images are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS, UPS of FEDEX. A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided once your order is ready to ship. We do our very best to apply affordable shipping costs to each order. Fleur De Treats & Sweets uses flat rate shipping services to be fair to our clients, this means shipping rates are the same no matter what the quantity is.

Priority First Class (3 business days - estimated): $8.50

Priority Second Day Ground (2 business days - estimated) Includes $50 Insurance: $11.50

Express (Overnight) Includes $100 Insurance: $35.50

Shipping days do not include production time. Please ensure all information is provide to avoid delays.  Please be patient with the shipping times as each item is made to order for you special event. 

Edible images and custom paper toppers are shipped in protective material and include “Do Not Bend” labeling to ensure your order is not damaged during shipment. Your edible image is sealed in a plastic bag and a sheet with detailed instructions and tips on how to apply your images are included. Shipping dates are estimates only and not a guarantee of delivery. 

Remember, plan for the unexpected! Refunds are not given for damages caused by ANY SHIPPING SERVICES USED. Shipping insurance is added as indicated above. 

Damaged or Undelivered Items: Please understand once your package has been scanned and in the possession of shipping services (USPS, UPS, FedEx), handling and delivery of your item is outside of our control. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout. Fleur De Treats & Sweets is not responsible for items lost, stolen, undelivered/delayed or damaged in transit. All damage claims should be forwarded to appropriate shipping service. We are not responsible for undeliverable items, please ensure correct shipping address was provided.
