I’m GiGi — a self-taught cake and sugar artist designing bespoke edible experiences with craft, structure, and couture-level detail. With a Master’s-level nursing background and more than 30 years of precision behind my hands, every piece I create reflects discipline, technical skill, and a deep respect for the work itself.

My work has been seen on Food Network and Magnolia Network, featured in People and Variety Magazine, showcased in film and television, and selected for two consecutive seasons of New York Fashion Week VIP gift lounges.
