I am a Master’s level Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of nursing experience and I must say I LOVE NURSING! Nonetheless, creating cakes and custom desserts has quickly become a passion for me as well. Not to mention, I absolutely LOVE partaking in a delectable sweet or two!

As a mother and a grandmother, I always envisioned and carried out over the top themes for my kids’ parties. Everything had to be unique, planned out and fabulous. When I couldn’t find cakes that met my vision at affordable prices, I started making them myself. Now, creating sugar art has become a part of who I am. Being able to make the dreams of other people come true is so rewarding. I am completely self taught and I try to continuously perfect my craft with tips and techniques from fellow sugar artists around the world.
